Vegas offers not only a great night life, but also some amazing cuisine. It doesn’t have to be fast food and hotel breakfast while you’re here. Vegas is quickly becoming a city that attracts quite a lot of talent in the food industry. From the elegant to the wild, there are plenty of options popping up to cater to every sort of foodie. Below are our top options for exciting places to dine in Las Vegas.
1. Dine on the edge of Grand Canal
One of the most exciting food and drink things to do in Vegas is having dinner on the Grand Canal. You can watch the gondolas at B&B Ristorante in the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas and listen to the Italian gondoliers singing.

2. Indulge in the largest chocolate fountain in the world
The Bellagio chocolate fountain is a Guinness Book of Records winner for its floor-to-ceiling size and it’s one of the FREE attractions in Las Vegas. The popular attraction features actually 3 fountains in one, with 3 kinds of chocolate: dark, medium and white. No, you cannot put your finger into it and lick it. But, you can taste the savory confections made out of this great chocolate.

3. The Heart Attack Grill
One of the most exciting food and drink things to do in Vegas is maybe this crazy restaurant with a hospital theme downtown on Fremont Street. The Heart Attack Grill Restaurant is a place where you have to wear a hospital gown (delivered at the entrance) and you eat the most unhealthy food in a funny atmosphere.

4. Lobster Me
Sea food in the desert? It’s true. If you’re looking for great quality seafood without paying an arm and a leg, stop by Lobster Me located in the food court of Planet Hollywood.

5. Get a quality burger at Umami Burger
While it is a chain, it’s one of the better burger options in Las Vegas. If you haven’t tried their truffle burger yet, definitely treat yourself to this awesome take on a classic burger dish.

6. Grab a drink at The Golden Tiki
If you’re looking for a drink that’s not at a casino or a club, head to The Golden Tiki! Located in Chinatown just 10 minutes from the strip, The Golden Tiki is an exotic tiki-themed bar that has won numerous awards for it’s excellent drinks and alluring decor.

7. Pig out at the Wicked Spoon Buffet
An elegant and luxuriously decorated restaurant, Wicked Spoon is my ultimate favorite whilst in Vegas. Items are served in reasonable portion sizes with many options coming individual metal saucepans or mini plates. Try food from across the world at the best quality you will find on the strip.
